Use HuginnEye responsibly

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HuginnEye, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Permitted use

You may use HuginnEye to scan your own email addresses, usernames, or identifiers, or those for which you have explicit permission. The service is intended to help users understand their public online exposure.

3. Prohibited use

You must not use HuginnEye to harass, stalk, profile, intimidate, impersonate, dox, monitor, or investigate third parties without authorization. You must not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, or abuse the service.

4. Public information only

HuginnEye works with public sources, public signals, and third-party APIs. Results may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unavailable. The service does not guarantee that every result is correct or exhaustive.

5. No professional advice

Reports and exposure scores are provided for informational purposes only. They are not legal, security, financial, or professional advice.

6. Premium reports and delivery

Premium reports are personalised digital products generated from the scan data and public-source information available at the time of generation. They are created automatically after payment confirmation and made available through a temporary download page.

The user is responsible for downloading and securely storing the report during the stated availability period. After that period, the report may be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable or regenerable.

7. Payments and Paddle

Payments are completed through Paddle Checkout. Paddle acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, so the buyer purchases the premium report from Paddle and receives access to the report supplied by HuginnEye.

The final price, currency, applicable taxes and available payment methods are shown before purchase. Payment processing is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Privacy Notice and Refund Policy. HuginnEye does not store complete card details.

8. Refunds and withdrawal

Refund and statutory withdrawal requests are handled according to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, together with mandatory consumer rights applicable in the buyer's country.

Because a premium report is personalised digital content generated and made available shortly after purchase, the buyer may be asked to request immediate performance and acknowledge that applicable withdrawal rights may be lost once generation, download or use begins.

If payment is confirmed but the report cannot be generated or delivered because of a technical failure attributable to HuginnEye, contact [email protected]. HuginnEye will investigate and, where appropriate, restore access, provide a replacement or request a refund through Paddle. Nothing here limits mandatory rights for faulty, unavailable or misdescribed digital content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuginnEye is not liable for damages, losses, claims, or consequences arising from the use, misuse, inability to use, or reliance on the service or its results.

10. Abuse prevention

We may apply rate limits, block requests, restrict access, remove results, or suspend usage when we detect suspicious, abusive, automated, or unauthorized activity.

11. Changes to the service

HuginnEye may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including scan sources, reports, pricing, and availability.
